Furoza is an event and community management platform. Organizations use it to publish events, collect registrations, track attendance, message members, issue certificates, and manage their community CRM. Learn more at furoza.com.
If your organization uses Furoza, you will usually receive an invitation link by email or WhatsApp. Follow the link and complete your profile. Organizers can sign up at furoza.com.
First check your spam folder and, if you registered with WhatsApp, your WhatsApp messages. If nothing arrived within a few minutes, contact the event organizer or email us and we will look into it.
Open the event from your confirmation message or from your participant panel, where you can update your details or cancel. If the event does not allow self-service changes, contact the organizer directly.
Email info@furozacreative.com with the subject "Data request" from the email address linked to your account. We will verify the request and delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Email us with the device model, app version, and a short description of what happened (screenshots help a lot). We triage every report.
