This policy covers the furozacreative.com website and how Furoza Creative handles personal data as a studio. Each of our apps also has its own policy — for the Furoza app, see the Furoza Privacy Policy.
We use the data above to operate this website, respond to messages, and provide support. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers named above (hosting, content delivery, email), each of which is required to protect it, or where disclosure is required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Support and contact emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference, then deleted. Technical logs are retained only briefly by our infrastructure providers under their own policies.
Under the UK GDPR — and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) — you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@furozacreative.com with the subject "Data request". You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above.
